Payment Options
We offer multiple payment options online and in-store.
Card Payments
Our card payments are handled by PayPal, offering market leading secure payments. If you have a PayPal account, but want to pay via card instead, we recommend you use a different web browser or device that hasn't been logged into a PayPal account, as often your web cookies saves this information and may not give you the option to pay with a card if you have at any point logged into a PayPal account on that device or web browser.
We don't accept card payments over the phone
Layaways
We also offer Layaway in-store only. This is paying for an item over 6 months with regular monthly payments.
We aren't able to offer a layaway without you being in the shop for the initial payment after checking the item and trying it on or making sure you're happy with the item. We accept bank transfer payments after the layaway has been started for paying the balance when you can't make it into store.
Deposits are minimum 10% and non-refundable. If we don't receive any payments for 3 months or hear from you in that time, the item(s) will be returned to stock and any money left on the item(s) will not be refunded.
PayPal Account
If you have a PayPal account, to make the transaction as seamless as possible please check the following;

You have 2 funding sources on your account - this is the payment details PayPal uses to pay with, typically your bank account. You can use 2 different bank accounts for example, or have a debit card and direct bank transfer access to the same account.

You make sure your addresses are up to date, and that a new address is set up prior to ordering as it may automatically use the default address on your PayPal account.
We can only send to the address on the order, we can't change this and we may have to cancel orders and you re-order the items with the correct address.
PayPal: Pay In 3
Paying with a PayPal account opens up the ability to use their pay in 3 option when purchasing. This splits a purchase into 3 equal payments, interest free. The first at checkout, then the second and third payment the following months. This is only available on purchases between £30 and £2000.

Bank Transfer
If you have access to online banking, you can pay via direct bank transfer. Please contact us regarding the item(s) and of your interest to pay with a bank transfer. It's preferable that you email us to prevent any mistakes in our details or yours.
We typically allow 24 hours to allow the bank transfer to settle in the account before sending items.
Selling your gold / part exchange
